- Description
- The Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Office of Acquisition, on behalf of the TSA Model Workplace Program is seeking contractor support to continue the design and development of an Integrated Conflict Management System (ICMS). This procurement is designed to ensure that TSA?s ICMS is available to all TSA employees in all field locations and Headquarters by the end of the contract period. The contractor will assist TSA to develop internal capacity through trained and experienced TSA employees at Headquarters and in the field sufficient to carry forward the development of the ICMS beyond the completion of the contract. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, management and expertise. The final solicitation is attached. Proposals are due August 15, 2005 by 1:00 p.m. Potential vendors are required to be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award. This acquisition will be a Full and Open Competition for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541611. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract with some IDIQ line items for consulting and travel. The period of performance will be from date of award to one year (base period), and two one year option periods.
