- At the BFI, the total funding for the first phase of this effort was estimated at either $1.5 Million or $8 Million dollars. The estimated funding for the first phase of this effort is now at $8 Million total for up to four awards. Funding estimates are provided only to assist offerors in preparing proposals that are realistic in terms of funding. All potential offerors should be aware that due to unanticipated budget fluctuations, funding may change with little or no notice. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (19-MAR-2004).
