- Description
- Two NSNs are being reviewed for addition to the Corporate Contract between DLA and Oshkosh Truck Corp., SP075002D9720. The contract is a long-term contract, currently in its 3rd option year with 4 full option years remaining. The NSNs are intended to be added under the same terms and conditions as the original solicitation, SP075099R2549. Interested parties may provide quotes under the same terms and conditions as the original solicitation. L19 - CONDITIONS FOR EVALUATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF OFFERS FOR PART NUMBERED ITEMS (DLAD 52.217-9002) (JUL 2002) applies. Please contact Lori Spang via email for a copy of the terms and conditions. NSNs not added to the Corporate Contract SP075002D9720 will be solicited under different instruments. The NSNs are: 2541-01-494-6557, TACH REPLACEMENT KIT, I/A/W (45152) P/N 3415712, estimated annual demand quantity (ADQ) is 64 each; 5930-01-494-9353, SHUTOFF SWITCH KIT, I/A/W (45152) 3428483, estimated ADQ is 49 each. Shipments are to be made in varying quantities to various CONUS and OCONUS locations. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (05-JUN-2003).
