- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 01 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR COMPLETE PORTABLE WORKSTATION, MEASURING VIDEOSCOPE & ACCESSORIES. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to correct and clarify the description of Line Item #7, Industrial Measuring Videoscope, of the On-Line RFQ. Specifications or that of an equavalent, are as follows: - 2-point laser reference measurement system - videoscope, 2000 x 5mm diameter - Interchangeable Lens (0 degrees) - Adaptor Tool (for interchangeable lens)(5mm diameter) - System case The due date for receipt of offers is extended to July 28, 2005. Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on July 28, 2005. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet. These documents reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
