- The Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to AEROTECH Inc, on other than full and open competitive basis a contract for 1 each X, Y, Z axis direct drive motion system with A3200 software motion control, Part No. A3200-Full-SMC-4/NView MMI, 1 each fire wire OHCI compliant PCI interface card, Part No. NFIRE-PCI, 2 each amplifier interconnect cabling, Part No. NCONNECT-900-66, 2 each 20A peak, 10A continuous 115/240 VAC input digital drive, Part No. NCDRIVE20-AUXPWR-MXU, 1 each 20A peak, 10A continuous 115/240 VAC input digital drive, Part No. NCDRIVE20-AUXPWR-MXU-I/ONC, 1 each Linear stage with 1-meter travel, Part No. ALS50100-U-NC-10S-LT100AS-X-Y-CMS, 1 each Linear stage with 450mm travel top axis, Part No. ALS50045-U-NC-10S-LT45AS, 2 each Feedback, limit cable, stage to NCDRIVE, 15 ft long, Part No. C16501-50, 1 each Feedback and limit cable, ATS150 stage to NCDRIVE, 15 ft long, Part No. C18391-50, 3 each motor power cable, 15 ft long, stage to NCDRIVE, Part NO. C19360-50, 1 each X, Y assembly of ALS5000 series stages to 10 arc sec orthogonality, Part No. ALIGNMENT-PA10, 2 each High accuracy system-linear error correction for accuracy and repeatability, Part No. HALAR, 1 each Linear stage 6-inch travel included, Part No. ATS150-150-U-20P-NC-NM, 1 each Rotary brushless servo motor and amplified sine rotary encoder with fail safe brake, Part No. BMS60-A-D25-E1000AS-BK1, 1 each Industrial joystick with 5 ft cable, Part No. JI, 1 each 0.5kVA isolation transformer in enclosure with power switch, 4 AC voltage motor power outputs and Aux power connections, Part No. TM5 and 1 Setup of system parameters, electronics creation of system drawings, and testing of system to customer specifications. Additional specifications will appear on RFQ. Sole source based on equipment being proprietary to AEROTECH inc. (Microsoft IE required). See note(s) 22. Vendors who feel that they can provide the above equipment shall fully identify their interest and submit their capabilities to meet the above requirements within 15 days after the publication of this synopsis. Responses received after 15 days or without the required information will be considered non-responsive to the synopsis and not be considered.
