- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center(FISC)and the Naval Submarine Support Command (NSSC) require logistical supply support services necessary to perform material shipping and receipt processing for all NSSC SUBMPC incoming and outgoing material at the Naval Station Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. Required services include receiving, recording, tracking, de-bulking, sorting, manifesting, shipping/ delivery, customer services, technical assistance, and general warehouse housekeeping duties. This requirement would be a 100% Small Business set-aside. NAICS 541614 would apply for this requirement. Small Business size is $6,000,000 and Federal Supply Class (FSC) is S216. FISC intends to procure these services by conducting full and open competition (FAR Subpart 6.1) using acquisition procedures under FAR Part 13. The anticipated award would be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type of contract. Period of Performance: One (1) year (01 October 2005 through 30 September 2006) and four (4) annual options. Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued for this requirement on or about 28 July 2005 (closing on 11 August 2005, 1500 hours, Hawaii Time.
