- Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) Point Mugu, CA intends to issue Task Order 0004 on a sole source basis to Amherst Systems, Inc. for purposes of providing spares and spare components for NAWCWD?s AMES III. Specific requirements include providing spares for the AMES III system in the Electronic Combat Simulation and Evaluation Laboratory (ECSEL) supporting the EA-6B aircraft and demonstrating that certification of testing has been accomplished.
