- Madigan Army Medical Center intends to establish an award to University of Washington Physicians under FAR 13.106-1 to provide B Read Services. Award will be for a base year plus 4 option years for a total estimated value of $60,000. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be cons idered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued. See Note 22.
