- US Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District, intends to procure janitorial services for Armed Forces Recruiting Station, Point Royale Shopping Center, Suites 18869, 18871, 18873 & 18875 South Dixie Highway, Miami, Florida. The contractor shall provide all material, labor, and equipment for janitorial services. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. Period of Performance will be for one base year with four option years. Prospective bidders must bid on the base year and all option years. The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quotation, conforming to this Request for Quotation (RFQ), will be most advantageous to the Government. This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% Sm all Business Set-Aside, therefore only small businesses are invited to respond. The applicable NAICS Code is 561720, Small Business Size Standard is $14 Million. Solicitation W912EP 05 T 0047 will be issued on or about 01 August 2005 and offers due on or a bout 15 August 2005. RFQ will be issued in electronic format only. A registration page is attached to the website and prospective bidders are required to register to receive notice of any amendments and/or addends that may be issued to this RFQ. Registration Requirements: DFARS 252.204-7004 Required Central Contractor Registration (CCR) applies to this pro curement.
