- The U. S. Army Tank-automotive and Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center (TACOM-ARDEC), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000 intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to, Atlantic Managemtn Center, Inc., 6066 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church, VA 22041 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, ???Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements??? to furnish program services support for the BRAC transition team located at ARDEC. The effort is needed to provide programmatic and administrative support to the ARDEC/NAVY transformation IPT. Solicitation will be available for downloading from http://procnet.pica.army.mil approximately 3 days from the publication of this notice. The period of performance will be 180 days from date of award. Numbered Note 22 applies.
