- Description
- Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, material, supervision, and all other items and services necessary to perform Military Family Housing Maintenance at McConnell AFB, KS. Work includes, but is not limited to: maintenance management; service call; change of occupancy maintenance; recurring/preventive maintenance; appliance and equipment maintenance; and Self Help Store operation. The basic period of performance will be 1 October 2005 through 30 September 2006, with four one-year option periods, plus a potential Award Option Term (block) of five one-year options, all of which will be evaluated for award. A contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the Performance Work Statement and provides the best value to the Government based upon Performance Price Tradeoff (PPT) procedures. This requirement is being set aside as an 8(a) competitive acquisition. The applicable NAICS code for this solicitation is 561210 and the corresponding size standard is $30 million. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) with an anticipated issue date on or about 21 July 2005 , and a tentative site visit on 3 August 2005. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted on the Electronic Posting System/Federal Business Opportunities at www.eps.gov. No paper copies will be furnished. Each offeror is solely responsible for monitoring the Internet and downloading the solicitation, amendments, and all documents.
