- This requirement will be solicited using ?Other Then Full and Open Competition (OTF&OC) procedures: Bell Helicopter Textron Inc (cage: 97499) is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and has qualified the following sources as manufactures of this specific Idler Assembly: Reaco (cage: 97499), Midway Machining Co (cage: 66356) and AGH Industries Inc. (cage: 50888). This requirement is for a Quantity of 250 each of the following: NSN: 1560-00-966-6104GA, P/N: 205-001-908-1, Noun: Idler Assembly. The Idler is a part of the control installation for the elevator on the main rotor of the H-1 Helicopter. This item is the only item authorized for use on USAF UH-1N Helicopter. Reverse engineering is uneconomical and data rights are not owned by the Government. Solicitation must be to approve sources only. Data is proprietary to Bell Helicopter Textron Inc and sources authorized by Bell Helicopter. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation.
