- This requirement will be solicited using ?Other Then Full and Open Competition (OTF&OC) procedures: Bell Helicopter Textron Inc (cage: 97499) is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and has qualified the following sources as manufactures of this specific CrossTube Assy: Chem Fab (cage: 3H339), and Skyline Industries dba Spinks Industries (cage: 09986/24434). This requirement is for a Quantity of 458 each of the following: NSN: 1620-00-076-9036GA, P/N: 205-050-152-49, Noun: Cross Tube. The Cross Tube assembly is the only part authorized for use on the USAF UH-1N Helicopter. Data is not available on this item which precludes manufacture of the item from alternate sources. Solicitation must be from approve sources only. Data is proprietary to Bell Helicopter Textron Inc and sources authorized by Bell Helicopter. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation.
