Description: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision and maintenance to service the interior landscape plants located in Bldg. 42 at the VA Medical Center, Salisbury, NC for the base and four (4) option years. There are approximately 826 plants located in the atrium area of Bldg. 42. There are 21 varieties of plants that require their own individual care. The contractor shall maintain these plants and use approved horticultural practices associated with their care. The NAICS code is 561730 and the size standard is $6 mil. This is a 100% total small business set-aside procurement. All solicitation documents will be available on or about July 25, 2005.
