- The Department of Veteran Affairs Network 22 Logistics Office intends to procure a quantity of four (4) Secure Logix ETM 1012 Analog/VoIP Communications Appliance ETM Analog Communications Appliance with VoIP Support part number ETM-1012-HYB. Second, a quantity of four (4) Secure Logix ETM Software maintenance, software upgrades, and technical support bundle part number ETM-CARE-BUNDLE. Third, Secure Logix installation, configuration and testing of ETM system part number SVC-IMPLEMENTATION. Point of contact at the VA Las Vegas Healthcare System is Gary Restlaff, Telecommunications Supervisor. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial item procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12. This is a request for quotes and all quotes shall be received by August 5, 2005 by 4:00 P.M Pacific Daylight Time. Please fax all quotes to the attention of Jim Lent at (562) 826-5828.
