- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Prison Camp - Pensacola, intends to make a single award to a qualified small business for the provision of Protestant Minister Services for the Federal Prison Camp located in Pensacola, Florida. The success contractor shall provide services that include, but are not limited to the following: conduct Protestant Services, provide a sacramental communion, etc. Services will be provided for individuals who are under the custody and care fo the Federal Bureau of Prisons within a correctional environment. The contract term shall consist of a base period extending from the date of award thru September 30, 2006 with four (4) subsequent, 12 month option periods for renewal if exercised. The solicitation will be made availabe on or about August 8, 2005 and will be distributed soley through the General Service Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at ww.fedbizopps.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, inlcuding solicitaton admendments, will be distributed soley through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring thi site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of offers is on or about August 31, 2005. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered.
