- This project consists of nonvascular plant surveys to determine what species are present, to document absence or presence and location of target species, and to locate special habitats. Accurate species identification is needed for specimen vouchers collected during the surveys and for vouchers collected by FS personnel on agency projects. The anticipated result of these efforts is documented knowledge of the nonvascular flora of the unit requesting the contract services. The solicitation will result in a multiple award unique arrangements in which the successful contractors shall be given the opportunity to compete on task orders written against the original arrangements.
