Destination inspection required. Quantity variance is plus or minus 0% .QAP 002 . Solicitation will be issued under 100% Small Business Set-aside, full and open competition after exclusion of sources. This is a 1B procurement. A surge requirement exists for the following NSN: 6695-01-367-9723. The Government's required delivery schedule for this NSN is 120 DARO for Stock. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
