- Solicitation SP0750-05-R3925 is an unrestricted acquisition for NSN 2930-01-420-8622, Impeller, Fan Axial in accordance with cage 34623 P/N 12460252 or cage 51377 P/N 4735-42599-103 for a quantity of 3500 each, including a 100% option quantity (possible additional 3500 each IF EXERCISED). NSN requires First Article Approval of 5 units of the first 15 units in 45 days. NSN requires Origin Inspection and Acceptance and FOB Destination with delivery of 90 days ADO. Destinations may include any DSCC stock sites. Quotations must be submitted in written form. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of August 11, 2005. Copies of the RFP are available at HTTP://DIBBS.DSCC.DLA.MIL/RFP. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCES MAY SUBMIT AN OFFER, WHICH SHALL BE CONSIDERED. See Numbered Note(s): 12 and 26. "Notice to All Contractors: In a final rule contained in the Federal Acquisition Circular 01- 26 (Item I, FAR Case 2002-24) published in the Federal Register on December 20, 2004, the Federal Acquisition Regulation was amended to require offerors to submit representations and certifications electronically via the Business Partner Network. Offerors are encouraged to complete an Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) as soon as possible since this requirement will be appearing in solicitations in the near future. The ORCA can be found at http://orca.bpn.gov. Until ORCA is fully implemented continue to comply with all government instructions and requirements in solicitations and contract awards."
