- This modification to the synopsis for the OTVC Program Management Support Services amends the NAICS code and provides other information relevant to the solicitation. The NAICS code is changed to 541512, Computer Systems Design Services. The size standard is $21 million. Small businesses are encouraged to team with large businesses; however, this is not a requirement of the solicitation. Subcontractors, if proposed, may be large or small businesses. The performance period of this requirement will be a one-year base period, plus four, one-year options. The anticipated release date of the RFP is on or about July 27, 2005. All questions must be submitted in writing via e-mail or fax. Telephone questions will not be accepted.
