- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial item: ///Item 0001 High-Speed BioTEC, Manufactured by EEC Global Operation LLC, or equal, 40-ISO-MAXI, 1 Each. ///Item 0002 Shipping to Jalalabad Airfield, Afghanistan. ///Item 0003 Startup Costs for installation setup and training of military personnel on system operation. This combined synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and is current to include FAC 2005-04. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ W913TY-05-Q-8100. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Quotes will be evaluated on price related factors only. The North American Industrial Classification Standard is 221320; Destination for delivery is Jalalabad Airfield, Afghanistan. All items shall be shipped FOB destination. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal; FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds; FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation.
