- Due to the nature of the funding on this project, regulations require the use of a Request For Proposal (RFP). This requirement will be re-issued using RFP criteria. Expect to see posting in 6-10 days.Construction of Golf Course Maintenance Facility’s, Willow Lake, Warrior Nine at Offutt AFB, Nebraska. Solicitation Number FA4600-05-B-0002. This project consist of all the work necessary to construct an approximately 1900 square foot maintenance facility at the Warrior Nine Golf Course and an approximately 8000 square foot maintenance facility at the Willow Lakes Golf Course. Work shall include but is not limited to HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, concrete work, masonry, steel framing, drywalling, and painting. There will be site preparation requirements to include but not limited to building demolition, tree removal, pavement removal, grading, seeding. Performance period is 150 calendar days. This solicitation will be issued as a full and open competition.. Project magnitude is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Solicitation issue date is O/A 01 May 05; bid opening date is O/A 01 Jun 05. NAICS Code: 236210; Size Standard $28.5M. Interested bidders are reminded that IAW DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registry, they must be registered to be eligible for award. Drawings and specifications will not be available on this website. To obtain a copy of the drawings/specifications, vendors must provide a written request to be included on the Bidders Mailing List to William L. Tomson, or Donald E. Simons. A site visit will be held—vendors should monitor this website for additional information, changes and/or updates.
