- Description
- The purpose of this contract is to provide labor and materials for the Haul Out, Sandblast and Paint of the 70' M/V Chugach from the waterline to the rails, decks and inside bulwarks, cabins and wheelhouse to the aft galley. Bright work, cap rails, bumper rails, doors and window frames shall be prepared and varnished. The project area is located in or around Portland, Oregon or the Puget Sound area. This is a service contract not construction. The performance period is 15 calendar days. The solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps website on or about July 8, 2005 for viewing and printing. Potential offerors are requested to obtain the solicitation from the Internet if at all possible. Alternatively, a hard copy of the solicitation documents may be requested via fax at 907.747.4289. Fax requests should reference solicitation AG-0114-S-05-0006. Telephone requests will not be honored. Offers will be due approximately 7 calendar days after the solicitation issue date. AUTOMATIC NOTIFICATION: By registering to receive notification on posted synopses, you will be automatically notified via email of any changes to the project. To register, select -Register to Receive Notification- and follow the steps. Follow the same procedure for EACH project. PLAN HOLDERS LISTS: The Interested Vendors List (IVL) has replaced the plan Holders Lists that was previously available with solicitation packages. Access the IVL for all projects through the FedBizOpps website. To register as an interested vendor, select -Register as an Interested Vendor- and follow the steps. Follow this procedure for EACH project of interest. Use the Register as Interested Vendor option to add your company name to the IVL and then view or print the IVL by selecting -View List of Interested Vendors- for each project.
