- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT. The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) is searching for experienced and qualified 8(a) business concerns with an interest in providing services in support of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and declassification review processes. Services will be provided in Washington DC and vicinity. POTENTIAL SOURCES MUST SUBMIT CAPABILITY STATEMENTS, WHICH DEMONSTRATE THEIR QUALIFICATIONS AND CAPABILITY TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES OUTLINED IN ATTACHMENT 1 (Freedom of Information and Declassification Services). THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS FOR EXPERIENCED AND QUALIFIED 8(a) BUSINESS CONCERNS. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION PACKAGE AT THIS TIME. THIS INFORMATION IS SUBJECT TO FAR 52.215-3 "REQUEST FOR INFORMATION OR SOLICITATION FOR PLANNING PURPOSES". DO NOT CALL, E-MAIL, OR FAX A REQUEST FOR A SOLICITATION PACKAGE. ANY SUBSEQUENT SOLICITATION WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE VIA FED BIZ OPPS. INTERESTED PARTIES HAVING CAPABILITY TO PERFORM THE STATED REQUIREMENTS MAY SUBMIT THEIR CAPBILITY STATEMENTS TO THIS OFFICE BY MAIL OR VIA E-MAIL TO: amanda.eiswerth@dia.mil.
