- Description
- The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to The Corporate Executive Board, Washington, DC for a one year membership in the "Working Council for Chief Information Officers". This membership includes unlimited access to proprietary Council research, a series of annual executive retreat conferences, on-site presentations of research, customized to IRS' requirements, assignment of short answer customer research projects to Council staff and access to custom project library of proprietary research. All responsible sources who can provide the above membership services shall submit written quotations within 15 calendar days of the published date of this solicitation. Organizations submiting quotes should address the cost of the membership fee and description of the services/materials the fee includes, services and related costs that are available but not limited to membership fee, listing of reference materials maintained by the organization, available educational services, description of corporate history, mission and organizational membership. Quotes should include resume of the proposed on site contract/research manager and at least three corporate references, Federal Tax ID number and DUNS number. All Treasury contractors are required to be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to receipt of award. Evaluation and award will be based on the quality and quantity of services presently offered and fixed price for organizational membership. No written solicitation will be issued for this requirement; therefore, such requests will be considered non-responsive. If no responses are received, an award will be made to The corporate Executive Board.
