- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Contracting Department Philadelphia Division intends to exercise Option Year II of contract N00140-03-C-3813 with Douglas Resources Inc. located at 4710 Auth Place, Suite 630, Suitland, MD 20746.. This contract was awarded on 01 Oct 2003 to provide administrative support services for Seaman to Admiral Twenty-One Program (STA-21), at the Officer Training Command Newport (OTCN), Naval Station Newport Rhode Island. The anticipated dollar value of this action is $88,759. The modification to exercise Option Year II will be issued on or before 31 August 2005. The period of performance for Option Yr.
