- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting offers for 130 each bus strips (conductor), described as Eldre Corp part number 6103-9.04 which conforms to Raytheon drawing 893552-1 Rev D. NAICS code 335999 applies with a size standard of 500 employees. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. This requirement will be procured under FAR Part 12 simplified commercial acquisition procedures. Issued 19 Jul 05, the RFQ (request for quote) posted electronically on the NUWC Division Keyport, Acquisition Division website. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. An email request to jwalls@kpt.nuwc.navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFQ from the Keyport website. RFQ (solicitation package) po! sted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link www.neco.navy.mil and is be available for download via NUWC Division Keyport website (http://www-keyport.kpt.nuwc.navy.mil/NECO/Solicitation.htm). Award will be made on, or about 29 July 2005. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFQ/amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. Any questions should be submitted in writing via the fax number provided above or e-mailed to jwalls@kpt.nuwc.navy.mil. After downloading the solicitation, firms interested in submitting quotes must: (1) complete the pricing, (2) complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation, and (3) ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov).
