Description

Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) ? Orlando, Training Systems Division (TSD) intends to issue a firm fixed price contract to Anteon Corporation, on a sole source basis. The estimated amount of the effort is $45,000.00. This effort is a follow-on effort to work previously performed by Anteon on the 21C7A Ship Control Panel (SCP) Block Update and will provide for the installation, test support, and delivery of the SCP Block Update at the Naval Submarine Training Center Pacific (NSTCP) Pearl Harbor, HI. Anteon previously developed the hardware and software components required for this effort and installed the update at three other Naval Submarine facilities. Work will be performed at the contractor?s facility and at the Government site in Pearl Harbor, HI. All personnel working on this effort must possess a Security Clearance at the SECRET level. The period of performance will be 01 September 2005 through 30 September 2005. This synopsis is not a request for competitive proposals. After reviewing the above information, interested parties that believe they are technically capable of meeting all of these requirements, including the delivery schedule, may provide a technical capabilities statement with sufficient technical information to allow for an evaluation of the company?s ability to meet the Government?s requirements.
