- Project consists of paving the parking lot and the installation of concrete walkway, curbing and viewing platform for the Bellrose Waterfowl Reserve Viewing Area at the Cypress Creek National Wildlife Refuge, Ullin, Illinois. The work includes mobilization and demobilization of all equipment and personnel necessary to construct the project; excavation of existing earth and gravel, removal of existing curbing base for the installation of concrete and asphalt surfaces; installation of concrete walks, platform, curb and miscellaneous concrete; provide asphalt base and wearing course material; and installation of handrail, signage and pavement markings. The estimated magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is issued unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656, and is NOT set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. For informational purposes, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors, with a size standard of $12 million.
