Req: W74V8H-05-T-0256 HQ0002-5087- 0005 (RFQ) The Defense Contracting Command-Washington intends to negotiate a sole source award with: IBM Corporation, 6710 Rockledge Drive Bethesda, MD 20817-7182 This procurement is for the license renewal of IBMs zVM version 3 operating system (OS) for the IBM s/390 hardware platform. This platform supports the Washington Headquarters Service (WHS) Allotment Accounting System and the Trust Funds Accounting Syst em. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation can be accessed from the following website: http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/services/rfp1.asp The competition is Unrestricted on this RFQ.
