- The Contractor shall provide Radiology services required for Government beneficiaries on a fee-for-service basis. The Contractor shall provide these services at the 22d Medical Group, McConnell AFB, Kansas. Contractor shall furnish all labor, management, supervision, teaching, consultations and reports. Contractor care shall cover the range of services provided in a civilian medical treatment facility. Performance shall be in accordance with the requirements contained in the guidelines of the American College of Radiology, the Mammography Quality Standards Act and professional standards of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization (JCAHO). The contract radiologist shall abide by all Air Force and Military Treatment Facility Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), policies, procedures, and rules. The contract radiologist must observe Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) requirements. ***THIS REQUIREMENT IS CURRENTLY UNFUNDED*** The solicitation for this requirement will be posted on or about 15 August 05.
