- This ammendment is to make this solicitation unrestricted. Disregard previous ammendment. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number for this procurement is FA4830-05-Q-0073 and is issued as Request for Quotation.This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-04, Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13 correction and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2005-0517. This solicitation is unrestricted and will not be set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System is 332999. The small business size is 500 employees. The BID SCHEDULE shall be for: LINE ITEM 0001: ISU (individual storage unit) Shelf Cargo Restraint Net with Shelf Bracket Hardware Kit (4 brackets). 49L X 40W (in) Part #60177005. No NSN available. OR EQUAL. Quantity 15 EA. LINE ITEM 0002: ISU (individual storage unit) Floor Cargo Restraint Net with 6/E cargo ring hardware kit (8 tie down rings). 103L X 40W (in). Part #60177006. No NSN available. OR EQUAL. Quantity 15 EA. All items quoted must be the exact items listed OR EQUAL. The contracting officer will determine if the quoted products are suitable substitutions making them qualify as an OR EQUAL product. DELIVERY: Delivery is required by 30 days ADC and shall be delivered to 71 RQS Combat Readiness Flight, F3E140, 8007 Sijan Road, MOODY AFB GA 31699 Point of Contact: Capt Michael A.
