The Government?s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. Work consists of providing all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, quality control and supervision necessary to Install Underground Fuel Tank at MAF H-01 Malmstrom AFB, MT. The general scope of this project is to install an underground fuel tank in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Request For Proposal will be issued on or about 8 Aug 05. Request For Proposal will close on 8 Aug 05. This acquisition is 100% HUBZONE SET- ASIDE. Performance period is 90 calendar days after issuance of the Notice To Proceed. The Notice To Proceed will be issued within 10 days after award. The Request For Proposal will be available only on the Internet at http://www.eps.gov//. All responsible sources may submit an offer good through 31 Dec 05, which shall be considered by the agency. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See Internet Site http://www.ccr.dlis.dla.mil/ccr/scripts/indexnew.asp). Potential contractors must also be currently registered with ORCA. (See Internet Site: http://orca.bpn.gov/). The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. 18.
