- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation FA4877-05-Q-0344 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2004-24. (iv) This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside under NAICS code 315211 and small business size standard 500 employees. (v) (1) Arc?Teryx Alpha Jacket, Size: Large, Color: Crocodile, Qty. (10), or equal item. (2) Arc?Teryx Alpha Jacket, Size: Medium, Color: Crocodile, Qty. (20), or equal item. (3) Arc?Teryx Alpha Pants, Size: Large, Color: Crocodile, Qty. (10), or equal item. (4) Arc?Teryx Alpha Pants, Size: Medium, Color: Crocodile, Qty. (20), or equal item. (vii) Delivery is to take place 30 days ARO.
