Description

The James E VanZandt VA Medical Center, Altoona PA is seeking qualified, responsible service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) firms who have the capacity and capability to provide all necessary, labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision necesary to complete Project #503-03-114 Correct HVAC Deficiencies, B-20 Project at the James E. VanZandt VA Medical Center, 2907 Pleasant Valley Blvd, Altoona, PA 16602. Construction cost range is $500,000.00-$1,000,000.00. NAICS for this procurement is 238220, size standard 12.0 million. A ninety (90) day bid acceptance is required. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for August 9, 2005 at 2:00pm local time in the Facilities Conference Room, Bldg 2 at the James E VanZandt VA Medical Center, Altoona, PA. Bid documents will be available on or about July 27, 2005. Interested bidders must submit WRITTEN REQUESTS ONLY to the Contracting Officer by fax 814-942-9253 or e-mail susan.lang@med.va.gov Telephone calls will not be accepted. All respondents must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database at www.ccr.gov Bid documents will be issued on a first come first serve basis until supply is exhausted. This procurement is 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Bids from other than SDVOSB's will not be accepted. Award is subject to the availability of funds.
