Description
The Bureau of Prisons is seeking a Request for Quote from sources having the ability to provide OUT-PATIENT assessment and counseling and mental health services at the Comprehensive Sanctions Center (CSC) located at 203 W. Sunny Lane Road; Janesville, Wisconsin 53546 or as close as possible to the CSC to allow easy access for the drug abuse treatment services for male and female Federal offenders (inmates) held under the authority of various United States Statutes. The services required for this contract is as follows: Base Period/25 inmates - Intake Assessment (1 per inmate) 2; Individual Counseling (48 units per inmate) 1,200; Group Counseling (72 units per inmate) 1,800; Mental Health/2 inmates - Intake Assessment and Report (1 per inmate) 2; Medication Monitoring (2 units per inmate) 4. Option Year One /26 inmates - Intake Assessment (1 per inmate) 2; Individual Counseling (48 units per inmate) 1,248; Group Counseling (72 units per inmate) 1,872; Mental Health/2 inmates - Intake Assessment and Report (1 per inmate) 2; Medication Monitoring (2 units per inmate) 4. Option Year Two/27 inmates - Intake Assessment (1 per inmate) 3; Individual Counseling (48 units per inmate) 1,296; Group Counseling (72 units per inmate) 1,944; Mental Health/2 inmates - Intake Assessment and Report (1 per inmate) 2; Medication Monitoring (2 units per inmate) 4. Option Year Three/28 inmates - Intake Assessment (1 per inmate) 4; Individual Counseling (48 units per inmate) 1,344; Group Counseling (72 units per inmate) 2,016; Mental Health/2 inmates - Intake Assessment and Report (1 per inmate) 2; Medication Monitoring (2 units per inmate) 4. Option Year Four /29 inmates - Intake Assessment (1 per inmate) 5; Individual Counseling (48 units per inmate) 1,392; Group Counseling (72 units per inmate) 2,088; Mental Health/2 inmates - Intake Assessment and Report (1 per inmate) 2; Medication Monitoring (2 units per inmate) 4. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT) Statement of Work, dated January 2004. The solicitation will be available on or after August 8, 2005, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/.
