- PURCHASE OF 8,000 lb. DIESEL POWERED FORKLIFT FOR THE USDA FOREST SERVICE, IBET PROVINCE. RESPONSES ARE DUE ON AUGUST 14, 2005 BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS (4:30 PM). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation under the FAR, Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through FAC 07.
