- Amendment 00001; Incorporates questions and answers sesssion, and modify page 12 of 13 under Section 2.0 Technical Proposal. Contractor shall provide consulting, training, baseline audits and pre-assessment in the development, implementation, and maintenance of an ISO 14001 Environmental Management System at the Defense Supply Center Richmond.
