Description
Description: See numbered notes: 12 and 26. 2930-01-353-5794 ? pump, cooling system, engine being bought in accordance with General Motors (7X677) P/N 12534418or General Motors (61928) P/N 251-591. Total quantity required is 2103 each with 400 each going to (W62G2T) Stockton, CA 95296-0130 and 1703 each going to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. The solicitation also has an option for 2103 each and requests incremental pricing for ranges up to 4000 each. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date 8/05/05. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The required delivery is 130 days. A written quotation is required and is to be returned to the Bid Room DSCC-PBAA by the date and time specified. Notice to all Contractors: In a final rule contained in the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-26 (Item 1, FAR Case 2002-24) published in the Federal Register on December 20, 2004, the Federal Acquisition Regulation was amended to require offerors to submit representations and certification electronically via the Business Partner Network. Offerors are encouraged to complete an Online Representations and Certification Application (ORCA) as soon as possible since this requirement is now appearing in solicitations. The ORCA can be found at http://orca.bpn.gov. Until ORCA is fully implemented continue to comply with all government instruction and requirements in solicitation and contract awards.
