- This is a notice of the intent to award a sole source contract to Noritsu America Corporation, 6900 Noritsu Ave, Buena Park, CA for the following United States Secret Service (USSS) requirement: QSS-3302 PRO/MB/SM/DPM FULLY DIGITAL MINI-LAB PRO SM W/DPM PRO SM Stand Alone Configuration Fully Digital Mini-Lab System with Dual Paper Magazines manufactured by Noritsu America Corporation. Award will be made based on Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation of offers. No formal solicitation package is available. Any inquiries must include a full capability statement and must be submitted within five (5) days after publication of this synopsis. The Government will not be responsible for costs associated with the preparation of responses to this announcement. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Go vernment. See Note 22 ? 45 Days is changed to read five (5) days.
