- There are three purposes for this amendment. The first purpose is to change/extend the Response Date for QUOTES FROM 12:00 P.M. (EST), Tuesday, July 26, 2005 TO 12:00 P.M. (EST), Wednesday, July 27, 2005. The second purpose is to change/extend the deadline for QUESTIONS FROM Thursday, July 21, 2005, TO 3:00 P.M. (EST), Friday, July 22, 2005. The third purpose is to ADD a name/e-mail address for QUESTIONS being sent. Questions should be sent via e-mail to: patricia.wolfe@dhs.gov with a copy to kristian.jovanovic@dhs.gov AND ALSO a copy to david.erlewine@dhs.gov. This third purpose impacts only questions, NOT quotes. For information on how to send quotes, adhere to the original synopsis/solicitation.
