- Air Force Research Laboratory, Air Vehicles Directorate (AFRL/VACC ) solicits research proposals for the "Certification Techniques for Advanced Flight Critical Systems" Program. Technological change to the current air worthiness certification process is required in order to ensure the safety and effectiveness of Uninhabited Air Vehicles (UAVs) for future Air Force applications. The scope of this investigation is to address deficiencies in current validation and verification (V&V) processes that will impede airworthiness certification of near-term (FY07 to mid-term (FY10) technological advances Interested offerors may view and/or download the full PRDA/BAA solicitation by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) homepage at http://www.fbo.gov/.
