- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Naval Special Warfare Development Group (NSWDG), Virginia Beach, Virginia has a potential requirement to procure the following: CLIN 0001 P/N FP-02061 MA2-30A (NSN 6660-01-431-6867) Military Wrist Altimeter with AA battery box attachment for night use; 12,000? per revolution of the pointer. 2 ? revolutions to 30,000?. Black face with red and yellow warning sectors. Quantity 75 each CLIN 0002 P/N SA-02045 Light Retention Sleeve for Mini-Chemlite for Clin 0001. Chemlite attached to altimeter at factory, Quantity 75 each CLIN 0003 Shipping Charges This Request for Quote (RFQ) H92244-05-Q-0069 is anticipated to result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The DPAS rating for this procurement is DO. This procurement is a Small Business Set-Aside. Delivery Date: 30 days after date of contract. Deliver to: NSWDG, 1636 Regulus Avenue, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23461-2299. Submit written offers; oral orders will not be accepted. This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-04 effective 8 June 2005. North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) 334511, size standard 750 employees. The following provisions and clauses apply to this procurement: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items (January 2005); FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items (Jan 1999); FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items (Mar 2005). All FAR representations and certifications shall be submitted through Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. Also included is DFARS 252.212-7000 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items (Jun 2005) which should be completed and submitted with the proposal. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical Specifications and Price. Technical specifications weighs more heavily than price.
