- Anticipated Issue Date: 18 JULY 2005 HDEC08-05-T-0024 - The Defense Commissary Agency has a requirement for Locksmith/Re-Key Services at the Fort Bliss Commissary located in El Paso, Texas. The contractor shall be required to provide all supervision, personnel, supplies, equipment, material, transportation and other items or services necessary to install a complete master key system that matches current locks and keys to all newly installed locks and keys, additionally installing 6 or more alarm panic devices with 1 outside pull, 80 cylinder assembly's, 20 padlocks with long shanks, 3 trilogy units with approximately 56 keys. The period of performance is during the month of August 2005. The NAICS code is 561622 and the business size standard is $12 million. This acquisition is being issued as 100% small business set-aside. This RFQ will be available on www.fedbizopps.gov under (ODA Other Defense Agencies). Potential Offerors are encouraged to use this web site to obtain a copy of the RFQ in lieu of requesting a paper copy.
