Description

The Internal Revenue Service has a requirement for full maintenance and repair of three elevators and one (1) set of escalators (up/down) located at the IRS Austin Campus, 3651 S. IH-35, Austin, TX 78741. This service is for a base period from award through September 30, 2006 with two (2) one-year option periods. This procurement is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System Code for this service is 811310. All responsible business concerns are encouraged to submit a quotation. The Request For Quotations (RFQ) will be available on or after July 29, 2005. To request a copy of the RFQ you may fax: 972-308-1928 or email: cathy.s.collier@irs.gov. You should include in your fax/email the following information: Company name and address, phone/fax numbers, Point of Contact, DUNS number and Cage Number. Phone request for the RFQ will not be honored. Please note you must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database to receive an award.
