- Item 0001: HYDRAULIC TEST BENCH. Quantity: 1 Each, with delivery to MCLC MAINTENANCE CENTER ENGINEERING CODE 882 BLDG 2200 STOREROOM 8, DOOR #7, MCLB ALBANY, GA, 31704-0325. Requested delivery date: 9/28/2005. ; FSC CODE 4920 applies. Award Procedures follow: Contractors shall provide adequate technical proposal for proper evaluation of offers with the pricing data in response to this solicitation. Contractor shall provide the test bench on a FOB Destination basis to include contractor installation, equipment and personnel to unload test bench from shipping vehicle/container and installation within the Government facility, MCLCA, Maintenance Center, Albany, GA 31704-1128. Also, contractor shall provide required training in proper operation; trouble shooting; maintenance and calibration of the test bench as specified within the solicitation's specifications. Anticipated award date is anticipated 45-60 days after the solicitation closing date. All responsible source! s may submit a proposal which shall be considered.
