- NUWC Division Newport intends to purchase MATLAB Software and Licenses, one lot. NUWC plans to place a purchase order with Mathworks, Natick MA. Mathworks is the sole manufacturer of these items that must be 100 percent compatibly with the existing systems. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request For Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-05-Q-5308.
