- Description of Work: Furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to expand the existing men's shower room by approximately 150 square feet, adding two new shower stalls. Work includes: Demolition of existing structure and components, removal and relocation of existing plumbing and electrical fixtures, installation of two shower stalls, including plumbing for supply water, waste, and venting, new walls - metal stud and gypsum board, new gypsum board suspended ceiling, new fluorescent lighting, including necessary electrical work, new ceramic wall and floor tile, Painting, and installation of new chain link fence storage "cage." Location: Work under this Contract is located in Natrona County, Wyoming. The work site is at the Casper Field Office, 2987 Prospector Drive in Casper, Wyoming. Work shall be performed in accordance with the latest edition of the international building codes, as adopted and amended by the City of Casper, Wyoming. The Project is estimated between $25,000 and 100,000. This is a 100% small business set-aside. A performance period of 120 calendar days has been established. With an estimated start date on or about 08/08/2005. Solicitation to be issued 07/19/2005. Payment protection is required in the amount of 100% of quote. There will be only one site visit for this project. Refer to solicitation for date and time.
