- The contractor shall retrofit or replace existing lighting fixtures with High Frequency (HF) electronic mini ballast and T8 lamps at hallway and lobby on each floor, except laundry room in Bldg 118, 130, 131, 132, 133, 134, and 208 at Yokota Air Base. * The service is perfomred outside U.S. Offerors are responsible for entry and stay in Japan in compliance with the local laws.
