- Non-personal Service: This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The contractor shall provide personnel, and equipment necessary to complete the specifications noted in the statement of work for forest improvement operation. The proposed solicitation is under NAICS 115310 with size standard at $6,000,000. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for Hubzone business concerns. Offerors must identify themselves as being a Hubzone business. If there is no offer received from a Hubzone business concern, the set-aside for Hubzone business may be dissolved and the acquisition will be open to all responsive bidders. Note: This acquisition will not be reposted to EPS if set-aside is dissolved full and open competition. You will not be eligible to receive an award if you are not in the Central Contractor Registration database. (Reference: DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration).
